Cannon is our Blackbaud CRM system where we store comprehensive constituent data. We hold frequent training sessions every month for users to learn the basics, brush up on their skills, or learn about new functionality.
In the Cannon Essentials training, you will learn the following:

- Basic functionality and navigation
- High-level reporting
- Detailed look at constituent records
