Cooking Class in the Anita Stewart Memorial Food Lab

Put your culinary skills to the test and join us for an evening of Summer Thai!

In our first-ever online cooking class, Joyce of Cooking (HAFA ’07) will guide us through an evening of Summer Thai-inspired cooking! Joyce’s goal is to inspire all ages to become more involved and confident in the kitchen. She is looking forward to sharing her skills and experiences with an alumni audience hungry for continuous learning in the food world! Joyce will be broadcasting live from campus, in the Anita Stewart Memorial Food Lab!

"The Joyce of Cooking started off as a blog about my favourite restaurants to visit! Shortly after starting the blog, I decided to share my recipes and food adventures along the way as well! I have worked in the food and beverage industry for over 10 years and worked in every position from dishwasher to general manager. With my combined passion for food and marketing, I have expanded my business into helping brands grow in the digital world."
