Janey Piroli is the VP, Global Organizational Development for McCain. She has a strong passion for talent development that she cultivated during her 24 year career with organizations such as PepsiCo and Walmart and as an Executive Coach with The Roundtable Inc.

Janey is a graduate of the Environmental Engineering program from the University of Guelph. She received the University Medal of Achievement in 2003 for her many contributions to the workplace and community and the School of Engineering Outstanding Volunteer Award in 2019.

As a former competitive athlete and member of the Canadian Women’s National Wrestling team and 1995 University of Guelph Hall of Fame Rugby team, Janey learned to cultivate higher levels of mental and emotional resilience that helped her to succeed in the corporate workplace. To support her own development and that of others, Janey has worked to gain additional knowledge and practice in the areas of mindfulness and emotional intelligence. In 2016, she certified in the ENGAGE program with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute and has since become a strong advocate for introducing mindfulness practices into the workplace.

Janey currently resides in Dundas, Ontario where she enjoys hiking the Niagara Escarpment with her husband Colin and American Bulldog, Fiona.
