Learn how to create your own personal ‘happiness plan’ with Dr. Natalie Evans.

What is happiness? In this webinar, we’ll examine:
- Some common beliefs about what happiness is and isn’t, and how we can get more of it in our lives.
- Why sometimes what we believe will make us happy doesn’t, and how to identify our own sources of happiness.
- A brief overview of some key theories and research findings will provide some guidance in the development of your own personalized happiness plan.
- Some helpful resources to perform your own ‘happify’ experiments.
Dr. Natalie Evans
Natalie Thomas (Evans) is an adjunct faculty member with the Philosophy Department at the University of Guelph and also teaches at the University of Guelph-Humber with a focus on applied ethics. She obtained her BA and MA at the U of G and her PhD at the University of Waterloo. Currently, she is completing her MA in Counselling Psychology to begin work as a registered psychotherapist and has completed training and certificates in mindfulness meditation at the University of Toronto.
