Graduate Scholarships in Engineering – International

6 international students

By establishing a source of financial support for well-qualified, international students, the University of Guelph can ease financial pressures, making it possible for the best and brightest students to attend. Our goal is to raise $150,000 for international graduate scholarships.

Graduate student support allows for increased contributions to undergraduate program delivery, publications and conference presentations. Further outreach is accomplished through industry research collaboration, private sector consulting and driving commercialization of university research.

Many students limit their education to save money. Scholarships allow students to focus on their studies and in turn, reach their full potential. By eliminating or reducing financial concerns, students are better able to study, which can lead to greater opportunities.

In comparison with other universities, the financial burden on international graduate students at the University of Guelph is relatively high. Our goal is to reduce that burden and attract top students to our campus.

In order to give students everywhere the opportunity to grow their knowledge and live up to their potential, the University of Guelph must offer financial support to attract talented students. International students have the ability to positively impact our university in unique and inspiring ways.

These scholarships will:

    • Support recipients with financial aid
    • Have a positive impact on the lives of students
    • Reach as many students as possible
