Alumni Affairs and Development builds lifelong relationships with alumni, parents, staff, faculty and friends of the U of G. We invite you to attend events and take advantage of the many perks and benefits of being a #GuelphGrad. The alumni card allows you alumni privileges at the library and discounted athletics membership at the Athletics Centre as well as any discounts and special promotions found on our Services & Benefits page.

With roots dating back over a century, the CSAHS Alumni Association is a dedicated team of volunteers representing alumni of the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences. Our contributions help advance the College’s mission and improve life for both current students and alumni. What we do:

  • Guide the finances of the Alumni Association endowments to help support our College
  • Build and strengthen relationships with alumni
  • Participate in student-centered events
  • Distribute scholarships to ensure that students are recognized for their achievements

The School has over 5,000 graduates who automatically become members of the Alumni Association upon graduation. The HAFA/HFTM AA aims to:

  • Develop and maintain the valued associations established among graduates of the School of HFTM and to give graduates a channel for continued interest in their profession
  • Build and strengthen relationships with alumni
  • Publicize the work and activities of The School of HFTM and to aid in maintaining good relations with the public, faculty and students
  • Offer continuing assistance to all aspects of the School of HFTM, Lang School of Business & Economics and the University of Guelph

Founded in 1921, the OAC Alumni Association (OACAA) is dedicated to fostering life-long connections amongst alumni, and between alumni, OAC, and the University of Guelph. Membership in the OACAA is granted automatically to graduates of all OAC-based programs (diploma, degree and graduate) without a membership fee. The association offers members networking and social events, links with current students and participation in the ongoing life of OAC.

Getting from Gryph to Grad

The University of Guelph will not host spring convocation ceremonies in June 2020 and we know that this decision will be very disappointing to our graduating students and their families and friends. We are exploring other potential ways to acknowledge and celebrate our graduating students’ accomplishments. Not sure what to do with your textbooks? The simple act of donating your used post-secondary textbook creates a positive impact for students around the world. We donate 50% of the textbooks to partner campus libraries in East Africa; resell 20% of textbooks at affordable prices to students, funding initiatives on local campuses; and recycle any out-of-date, damaged, or unusable textbooks.

Adulting

The Credit Counselling Society is a non-profit, government registered, charitable organization dedicated to helping individuals and families find solutions to their debt and money problems. CCS provides consumers with confidential and free counselling services, credit education, and debt management programs.
Our credit counselling services are free to use.

 

The Experiential Learning Hub is home to Co-operative Education, career advising, and is your connection to experiential learning opportunities on and off-campus. The EL Hub extends our full range of programs and services to alumni free of charge for one year beyond graduation.
