#GuelphGrad Discount Sushi Making Class
Join UofG Alumni Joyce Leung of Joyce of Cooking to make sushi from scratch on November 27 at 1pm at Brothers Brewing Company! This hands-on class includes making 3 sushi rolls: California roll, Spicy Salmon Roll, and a Tuna hand roll. All tools and ingredients will be included. Each ticket comes with one free drink from Brothers Brewing Co.
This class is entirely gluten-free; if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, we can accommodate them.

Joyce Leung is a graduate of the HAFA program and is now the food writer for the Hamilton Spectator while teaching Asian cooking classes in Burlington, Hamilton, and Guelph with the mission to end food insecurity.
