Jocelyn Fausto Kohlmaier, Biography

Biography 

Jocelyn is a seasoned executive with a passion for enabling transformation in healthcare and the public sector. Leveraging her early career focused in scientific research, she applied her skills at the Ontario government where she quickly gained a reputation for successfully delivering large, complex projects. From there, Jocelyn was recruited to help establish Public Sector technology strategy practice at Deloitte where she specialized in defining strategic plans and advising executives on how to drive value in public sector and healthcare organizations across Canada. Ripe for a new challenge, Jocelyn accepted a role to establish the Ontario Public Sector and Healthcare Practice for Ernst & Young, before capping off her 15-year consulting period in the role of Vice-President at Healthtech Consultants where she advised hospital clients on their clinical transformation journey using digital tools.  In her current role as Executive Director at Canada Health Infoway, Jocelyn works closely with health system stakeholders in the province to establish collaborative agreements to achieve common goals for improving patient access to care.

Jocelyn is a trusted advisor for many of her stakeholders across many organizations, with the natural ability to mobilize teams to work collaboratively toward a vision and achieve positive impact.  She has been consistently recognized as an inspirational leader, a keen mentor and coach for many women and young professionals. Most recently, Jocelyn was the recipient of a prestigious scholarship at INSEAD in France for the Innovating Health for Tomorrow program.
