Tulip has been a long-time supporter of the University; from their highly sought-after co-op program, to recruit and hire many SOCS alumni into full-time roles. Tulip is also responsible for the creation and completely funds, on an annual basis, the Ian Pavlinic Memorial Award for Innovation Co-op Student of the Year in Computing. A scholarship in memory of an alumni who recently passed away but was an employee at the company.
