Biography

Erica is currently a Software Engineer on the API & Integrations team at Lever. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Full Stack Engineer and Technical Lead on the Platform team at BenchSci. She was also a Full Stack Engineer at Wave. At Wave, in addition to developing a playbook on code review to standardize the process across the engineering organization, Erica created a writing and peer-reviewing group to encourage and provide support for peers interested in writing. In her current role, Erica is responsible for growing the API & Integrations team from 3 to 7 engineers within the past 6 months Erica is one of our most active Alumna. When the Guelph Women in Computer Science (GWiCS) student club was created in 2018, she was involved in the first panel on Women in Computing. Erica is heavily involved in SOCS events such as our Tech Showcase in January and Tech Meet & Greet in September. She always willing to volunteer to attend, mentor and support students in their job searches
