Event Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in our alumni events. Please note the following policy regarding refunds: 

  1. No Refunds: All ticket sales for alumni events are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the event. 

  1. Special Circumstances: Refunds may be considered before an event only under special circumstances, such as: 

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation) 

  • Bereavement (immediate family member) 

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events that prevent attendance 

  • If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the special circumstances outlined above, please contact us at alumni.events@uoguelph.ca. Each request will be reviewed case-by-case, and supporting documentation may be required. 

  1. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the alumni event is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
