Christina’s passion for agriculture led her to the University of Guelph where she graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Agricultural Business with a specialization in Communications. While at U of G, Christina was an active student volunteer serving as President of College Royal and was involved with various student organizations on campus including the Canadian Agricultural Marketing Association (CAMA) Student Chapter, CanACT, SPARK while also serving on her Class Executive at the Ontario Agricultural College. Born and raised in rural Ontario on her family’s dairy farm, Christina is extremely proud of her agricultural roots.

Christina has close to ten years’ experience in the communications, marketing and public relations field. A social media enthusiast, Christina trains others in how to hone and share their voice through her work in public speaking and social media training. Christina is proud to serve as a Communications Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of the Ontario Government. Prior to working for the Minister, Christina was the Manager of Strategic Communications at Holstein Canada, a national non-for-profit representing 10,500 dairy farmers across Canada.
