2023 Morwick G360 Family and Friends Event
We are excited to host an MG360 Family and Friends event!
Date: Friday, June 2, 2023
Time: 1 pm - 3 pm EST
Location: Adams Atrium, Albert A. Thornbrough Building
This event will be an excellent opportunity to welcome back MG360 alumni and celebrate their accomplishments throughout their careers and contributions to this program. We see an important future for field-based research and training, and unique opportunities for characterization and monitoring work, with a particular focus on bedrock groundwater flow systems - important to Canada and globally.
Please join us to celebrate the “shovel in the ground” for the new Morwick G360 Groundwater Research Institute classroom and conference room at the new Morwick Groundwater Research Centre – and help us rally the funding we need to complete the vision for the facility supporting our collaborative groundwater research program here at the University of Guelph, and the Morwick G360 Institute.
This year marks the 36th Annual Consortium, which is 10% of 360 – a full cycle. This is a fitting theme for this year’s festivities as we come full circle, celebrating with those who have been here from the beginning, making this program what is it today. We wish to catch up with everyone, share stories and our collective progress – and rally mutual support for the evolving groundwater profession
Refreshments will be served
