I was on the staff of the Ontarion, which at that time was headquartered in the old library, sharing the second floor with the West Indian Students' Association steel band. I fondly remember late-night newspaper production shifts with their endless practice lighting up the soundscape.
My generation isn't going to get us out of the parallel crises threatening civilization - the climate emergency and the devaluation of truth - so yours is going to have to. Sorry about that.
