Launch of the Lang Student and Alumni Mentorship program powered by Ten Thousand Coffees (10KC)!

The Business Career Development Centre is looking for Lang Alumni to support our continued efforts to enhance learning and career development of our students by:

• Shaping students’ career journey, and share your experience to help them navigate it
• Giving back to a community that matters to you
• Hearing from students about what’s important from them and what challenges they are facing

The program will pair you with a student mentee in a 1:1 collaborative relationship where you will act as a role model, sharing your academic/professional experiences and helping your mentee to launch and navigate their career.

This program will consist of six bi-weekly sessions with your mentee with curated curriculum and conversation guide to help spark discussion.
